The new BIG KAISER catalogue has four product sections containing all of BIG KAISER's products: tool holders, modular boring tools, high performance cutting tools and measurement instruments. It also provides information on key applications and a straightforward yet powerful search tool.

The new catalogue is available both online and as a PDF download or it can also be ordered free in printed form. The electronic version is easy to use on any smartphone, tablet or computer device.
With the online version, customers can directly check for product availability. Hovering the mouse over a part number automatically displays the name of the product and the number of units in stock; and inventory information is updated on a daily basis to ensure its accuracy.

Users have the choice of either directly ordering an item or sending a quote request. In the event that a product were to be out of stock, the catalogue will provide a list of alternatives and availability information.

In practice, however, due to the company's new logistics and distribution centre recently announced by the parent company, BIG DAISHOWA, it is quite unlikely that a product would be out of stock. The modern 12,000 m2 facility stocks some 1,500,000 products consisting of 15,000 unique part numbers.
