The safety of our customers, visitors, employees and their families is a top priority for BIG KAISER. We carefully follow the mandatory instructions of the Swiss Federal Council and the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH) and therefore take various precautionary measures to ensure the health and safety of our customers and team members in the best possible way.

BIG KAISER and our employees do their utmost to provide you with your operational needs and to protect your employees in this unprecedented and unprecedented situation. Starting today we would like to inform you about the following:

• We will continue to fulfill all orders for our customers on a daily basis
• Our suppliers have not stopped production and there are currently no reported shortages of raw materials or deliveries that could delay our promised delivery dates.
• Deliveries from our parent company BIG in Japan are not delayed or cancelled.
• Our sales and technical staff can visit our customers in compliance with the applicable safety regulations. However, we are still available to our customers by telephone or e-mail to support them and provide answers to their questions or needs.
